Compliance
Churchill Knight Umbrella is dedicated to providing and maintaining the highest standards of compliance in the industry. To showcase our commitment to compliance, we are pleased to have been awarded FCSA (Freelancer & Contractor Services Association) accreditation. To attain FCSA accreditation, Churchill Knight Umbrella had to pass a rigorous assessment and audit process by independent legal professionals to ensure our business processes comply with the FCSA’s Code of Compliance and HMRC legislation.
Transparency
Churchill Knight Umbrella is also a SafeRec certified umbrella company which we are incredibly proud of. SafeRec is an AI-powered payslip auditing software that allows our employees to check that we have processed their payroll compliantly and there are no signs of malpractice. Every payslip we process is audited in real-time and cross-referenced with RTI sent to HMRC. An audit report is immediately sent to our employees, and a monthly report is sent to our recruitment agency partners for the workers we process payroll. This level of transparency has never been seen in the sector before. It has transformed how umbrella companies showcase transparency within the supply chain as we can prove we're paying our employees correctly.
Responsiveness
We constantly monitor our services and how they are delivered and will make changes or improvements based on your valuable feedback. We recently launched a new Onboarding Department as our employees felt it was an area where more support would be helpful. Our dedicated onboarding team will ensure you are efficiently onboarded and ready for payment, provide advice and support about the documents required to complete onboarding and answer any questions about the service.
