There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Therefore, the more contractors you refer to us, the more vouchers you’ll earn. It’s as easy as that!

Definitions

  • The ‘Referrer’ is defined as the individual who refers a client to ‘Churchill Knight Umbrella’.
  • The ‘Referee’ is the individual who has been recommended to Churchill Knight Umbrella by the Referrer.

The Reward

  • Churchill Knight Umbrella will reward the referrer with a £100 Amazon voucher upon the successful referral of a friend/colleague to Churchill Knight Umbrella.
  • Only the live employee who makes the referral will be eligible for a £100 Amazon voucher.
  • There is no reward for the referred worker to Churchill Knight Umbrella. However, they will be offered the same weekly margin as the referrer.
  • The Reward is not transferrable, and cannot be swapped for any alternative.

Eligibility

  • This Black Friday 2024 promotion is only available to live Churchill Knight Umbrella clients.
  • In order for the Referrer to qualify for the Reward, the Referee must complete the registration process and be paid by Churchill Knight Umbrella after the initial referral is made as part of this promotion.
  • Until the Referee has met the condition above, the Referrer will not be eligible for the Reward.
  • The Referrer is encouraged to refer as many Referees as possible to Churchill Knight Umbrella and is not limited to participating in this Black Friday 2024 just once. The following must be taken into account:
    • In order to qualify for the Reward, each Referee must have been paid by Churchill Knight Umbrella.
  • If a Referee has been referred by multiple Referrers, the Referrer who first provided us with contact details will be rewarded.
  • If a Referee has been recommended by both a Referrer and a Recruitment Consultant, the Referee will have been classed as being referred by the Recruitment Consultant. Recruitment Consultants are not eligible for Rewards in this Referral Scheme. In this scenario, the Churchill Knight Umbrella Employee who makes the referral will not be eligible for this promotion if the Referee is classed as referred by the Recruitment Consultant.
  • A Referee must be a first-time Referral to Churchill Knight Umbrella.
  • Referees are not eligible to claim a discounted margin. If they only sign up on the basis that they qualify for a special margin advertised elsewhere – the Referrer does not qualify for the Reward.
  • Churchill Knight Umbrella has sole discretion at all times to determine if the Referrer qualifies for the Reward subject to these Terms and Conditions. The decision cannot be challenged.

Reward Process

  • When qualified, the £100 Amazon voucher will be sent to the Referrer via email within 28 days of the Referee joining Churchill Knight Umbrella and being paid for the first time. However, we will do our best to ensure eligible vouchers are delivered to the referrer before Christmas.
  • If after 28 days the Reward has not arrived, please contact us at marketing@churchill-knight.co.uk.
  • Churchill Knight Umbrella alone will be responsible for the administration of the Rewards as it deems fit in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous

  • By recommending the Referee, the Referrer consents to his/her name being mentioned in communications with the Referee as the person who has made the referral.
  • The personal data submitted will be treated in confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of this Referral Scheme.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or referral promotions from Churchill Knight Umbrella.
  • This Black Friday 2024 promotion is effective from Monday 18th November 2024 at 09:00.
  • This Black Friday 2024 promotion is scheduled to end on Friday 6th December 2024 at 17:30, but we reserve the right to cancel/end this promotion early – should we deem this necessary.
  • The Black Friday 2024 Referral Promotion (outlined on this web page) supersedes the standard Churchill Knight Umbrella Referral Promotion, which provides both the referrer and referred worker to benefit from us repaying their margin for 2 weeks each. This offer will return after the Black Friday 2024 promotion.
