Both Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd and Churchill Knight Umbrella have successfully passed their annual FCSA compliance review. Having undergone a thorough review from independent professionals, both companies have been able to prove they operate compliantly and in accordance with the FCSA’s strict Codes of Compliance. 

The FCSA (The Freelancer and Contractor Services Association)

The FCSA is the UK’s leading professional body dedicated to ensuring the supply chain of temporary workers is ethical and compliant with UK tax law. By applying for FCSA accreditation, contractor accountants and umbrella companies undergo a series of audits and assessments by external organisations – with no stone left unturned. Then, once the assessments have concluded, only the businesses that have proven they abide entirely by the FCSA’s Codes of Compliance will be rewarded with the prestigious FCSA accreditation.

On their official website, the FCSA state that “accreditation is awarded to umbrella employers, contractor accountants (PSC) and CIS payroll providers who can demonstrate the highest industry standards.”
