These terms and conditions refer to the Black Friday 2024 referral promotion brought to you by Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd and Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

Definitions

• The ‘Referrer’ means a person who refers one or more candidates to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.
• The ‘Referee’ means the contractor who the Referrer is referring.
• The Prize refers to a £500 voucher to the raffle winner. The winner can pick their chosen voucher. If the voucher is difficult to source or incurs additional costs, Churchill Knight Umbrella will provide a £500 Amazon voucher – at our discretion (in place of the £500 voucher of winners choice).
• A “successful referral” refers to a referral in which the Referee is in a position to sign up for the services of Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd. Referees must either be currently contracting or have a contract with a proposed start date.

Who can refer

• Any recruitment consultant employed by a recruitment agency can make referrals.

Opening and closing dates

• The Black Friday referral promotion is open from 9:00 am on Monday 18^th November 2024 and closes on Friday 6^th December 2024 at 5:30 pm. The prize draw will take place on Monday 9^th December 2024.

Criteria for entry into prize draw

• Each time a Referrer refers a Referee to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd, they will be entered into the referral promotion. The more referrals made, the more entries into the prize draw.
• A referral is successful if the referee meets the qualifying criteria to become a client of Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or an employee of Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

Rules of the draw

• Referrals should be made directly with a Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd employee via email, text, WhatsApp message, or telephone call and should include the referee’s full name, email address, and telephone number.
• Each time a Referrer refers a Referee to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd, they will be entered into the prize draw.
• There is no limit to how many times a Referrer can enter this competition.
• There is 1 Prize for the Referrer who wins the Black Friday 2024 referral promotion prize draw.
• The Prize will be drawn at random on Monday 9^th December 2024, and the winner will be contacted the same day.
• The winner will receive the Prize by email, registered post or delivery in person by a Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd employee.
• All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted by 5:30 pm on Friday 20^th December 2024, their prize will become void.

• The revitalising weekend one night spa break with two treatments and prosecco for two at a Macdonald Hotel & Spa referral raffle is open from 9:00 am on Thursday 10^th October 2024 and closes on Thursday 7th November 2024 at 5:30 pm. The prize draw will take place on Friday 8th November 2024.

These terms and conditions refer to the Fantasy Football 2024/25 Promotion brought to you by Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

Promoter

1. These Terms and Conditions refer to the ‘Fantasy Football 2024/25 Promotion’ brought to you by Churchill Knight Umbrella Limited (‘Churchill Knight’).

Definitions

2. The ‘Promoter’ is Churchill Knight.
3. The ‘Participant’ refers to the individual who has entered a team into the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League, hosted on the official Premier League website.
4. The ‘Code’ is the unique text used to enter the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League hosted on the official Premier League website.
5. The ‘Prizes’ refer to:
   • Manager of the Month – A £20 voucher of the Manager of the Month’s choice – subject to availability. In total, there will be 10 prizes for Manager of the Month – one for each of the following months – August 2024, September 2024, October 2024, November 2024, December 2024, January 2025, February 2025, March 2025, April 2025 and May 2025. If sourcing the prize for Manager of the Month is challenging, Churchill Knight will present winners with a choice of either a £20 ASOS voucher or £20 Amazon voucher. This decision cannot be challenged.
   • 1 x Prize will be available for the Participant who wins the league at the end of the 2024/25 Premier League season. The Prize is a £150 voucher of the winners choice. If sourcing the prize for the overall winner is challenging, Churchill Knight will present winners with a choice of either a £150 ASOS voucher or £150 Amazon voucher. This decision cannot be challenged.
6. A ‘Game Week’ refers to a selection of fixtures that collate to one week’s worth of Premier League fixtures – in accordance to the official Premier League Fantasy Football website.
7. “League” refers to the ‘Churchill Knight Fantasy Div’ – a Private League created on the official Premier League Fantasy Football platform.

Who can enter?

8. Only Recruitment Consultants that place temporary workers (contractors and/or freelancers) and representatives of Churchill Knight can enter the Fantasy Football Promotion hosted by the Promoter.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to remove Participants from the league at any point without notice or explanation.
10. Participants can only enter one team – no duplicates.

Criteria for entry into Prize draw

11. The Manager of the team that gets the highest number of points in a calendar month will be entitled to win a Prize for ‘Manager of the Month’ (please see prizes information above). The system on the official Premier League Fantasy Football website for identifying points for a calendar month is what will be used to determine Manager of the Month.
12. Participants can win more than 1 Prize if they win ‘Manager of the Month’ more than once.
13. The Manager of the Month Prizes – If 2 Participants finish the month with the same number of points, the Participant who scored the highest number of points in the last Game Week of that month will be entitled to the Prize. If the tied Participants both scored the same points on the last Game Week of the month, the Participant who scored the highest points for the penultimate Game Week of that month will win the Prize. If this is also the same between the Participants, this system will keep going until a winner is determined. If there are not enough Game Weeks to track back, both Participants will win a Prize.
14. The Overall Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League Prize – If 2 Participants finish the season with the same number of points, the Participant who scored the highest number of points in the final Game Week (Game Week 36) of the Premier League season will be entitled to the Prize. If the tied Participants both scored the same points in the final Game Week of the season, the Participant who scored the highest points in the penultimate Game Week (Game Week 37) will win the Prize. If this is also the same between the Participants, this system will keep going until a winner is determined.
15. The Manager with the team that gets the highest number of points over the course of the entire 2024/25 Premier League season and finishes top of the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League will be entitled to a the overall prize (information above).

Opening and closing dates

16. The Fantasy Football Promotion is open from Monday, 29^th July 2024 and ends on the final day of the Premier League season at 19:30 (Sunday 25^th May 2025).
17. Participants may enter the Fantasy Football Promotion at any date during the opening times of the promotion.

Rules of the Fantasy Football Promotion

18. To enter the Fantasy Football Promotion, Participants must have a team created on the official Premier League Fantasy League website.
19. To enter the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League, Participants must complete the form on the Churchill Knight Website (https://www.churchill-knight.co.uk/recruiters-zone/fantasy-football-2024-2/). You will be sent the code to join our league shortly after completing the registration form via email. Please check your emails and if you do not receive an email – check your junk/spam folders. If you are having problems, please contact the Churchill Knight Marketing Department on marketing@churchill-knight.co.uk or consult the official Premier League Fantasy Football Help section on their website, available here: https://fantasy.premierleague.com/a/help
20. Participants must not pass on the code to join this promotion to colleagues/friends. Participants must complete the form on our website to be eligible to participate in this promotion. Any participants who are deemed to be passing on the code without permission may be disqualified and removed from this promotion.
21. Anyone who joins the Churchill Knight Fantasy Div without submitting their information on the form on our website (link above) will be removed and not eligible to claim any prizes. Participants must be entered into the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League in order to become eligible to win a Prize.
22. The points that Participants gain will only count towards the possibility of winning a Prize if they have been earned whilst being a member of the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League. A Participant cannot join the league halfway through a calendar month and expect the points they have earned before they entered the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League to count towards their overall tally for the month and the season. The same applies for the Participant who wins the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League – they must have earned all their points whilst being in the Churchill Knight Fantasy Football League.
23. The Promoter has the sole discretion at all times to determine if a Participant qualifies for a Prize subject to these Terms and Conditions. The decision of Promoter cannot be challenged.
24. Participants who are entitled to a Prize must contact Churchill Knight within 14 days of winning – either 14 days after the end of the calendar month (winners of Manager of the Month), or 14 days after the end of the season (winner of the overall competition). Please allow up to 28 days to receive your Prize.
25. The Prize should be used in compliance with the Terms and Conditions stipulated therein.
26. The Prize is non-transferable to any other person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
27. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the Prizes or injuries resulting in the use of the Prize.

28. Any Personal Data collected shall be used for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions. Personal Data has the same meaning assigned to it in the General Data Protection Regulation (2018).
29. 8. A referral is successful if the referee meets the qualifying criteria to become a client of Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or an employee of Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

Rules of the draw

11. There is no limit to how many times a Referrer can enter this competition. Every time a Referee is referred to Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd or Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd by the Referrer, the Referrer will be entitled to a randomly drawn participant in the 2024 Euros.
12. There is a limit of 1 Prize per Referrer. It is possible that the Referrer may be randomly assigned the same participant in the 2024 Euros more than once. If this happens, they will only be entitled to one Prize if the 2024 participant goes on to win the Euros.
13. The winner(s) will be contacted on Monday 15^th July 2024.

9. Referrals should be made directly with a Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd employee via email, text, WhatsApp message, or telephone call and should include the referee’s full name, email address, and telephone number.
10. Each time a Referrer refers a Referee to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd, they will be entered into the prize draw.
11. There is no limit to how many times a Referrer can enter this competition.
12. There is 1 Prize for the Referrer who wins the prize draw.
13. The Prize will be drawn at random on Friday 10^th May and the winner will be contacted the same day.
14. The winner will receive the Prize by registered post or delivery in person by a Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd employee.
15. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted by 5:30 pm on Friday 17^th May 2024, their prize will become void.
16. Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd and Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd have the sole discretion to determine if a Referrer qualifies for the Prize, subject to these terms and conditions. The decision cannot be challenged.
17. The Prize is not transferable to any other person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
18. The Prize should be used in compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
19. A referral must be a first-time referral to Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd or Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd.

Personal data

20. Any personal data collected shall be used for the purposes of these terms and conditions. Personal data has the same meaning assigned to it in the Data Protection Act (1998).
21. Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd and Churchill Knight Umbrella Ltd reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time. Your entry to the referral promotion shall constitute your agreement to the terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
