PAYE umbrella

Our umbrella service is the perfect payroll service for candidates deemed inside IR35. We are an FCSA-accredited, SafeRec-certified leading umbrella company that helps hundreds of contractors get paid each week. We operate a traditional PAYE umbrella and will pay your candidates in accordance with UK tax law. Our umbrella service also includes loads of extras – at no additional cost to your candidates. These include £25 million insurance, Employee Benefits, Same Day Faster Payments, no joining or leaving fees and access to a dedicated Account Manager.

CIS

Churchill Knight CIS is a specialist payroll service for self-employed workers in construction. When your CIS workers register for our CIS service, they will remain self-employed (sole trader), and we will process their pay in accordance with HMRC legislation. 20% tax will be deducted (or 30% if they are not CIS registered) and sent to HMRC on account. Our fantastic CIS Department is on hand to offer support and assistance if your candidates have any questions about the Construction Industry Scheme.

Driver payroll services

Churchill Knight Umbrella’s driver payroll service offers a compliant way for HGV or van drivers to get paid. Your candidates will be paid in accordance with UK tax law, and all tax and National Insurance Contributions will be deducted and paid to HMRC. Just like our PAYE umbrella service, our driver service also includes loads of extras – at no additional cost. These include Drivers Negligence Insurance (as well as Employers Liability Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance), Same Day Faster Payments, Employee Benefits, no joining or leaving fees, access to a dedicated Account Manager and My Digital, our online portal.
